I suspect the foul air of Kabul might have something to do with it... You need to find yourself a kind grandma with a bag full of herbs collected from rural Afghanistan. Does wonders and beats anything the pharmas have put out. I wish you a quick recovery.
poor baby, poor baby, quiet down. its actually a quote from the movie "whatever happened to baby jane." joan crawford tells the bird that shortly before it is served to her for lunch... anywho, it is something i say to my little one when she's not feeling so hot. like erin said, get some rest. is it at all feasible to send you things? you think the .coms deliver to kabul? gotta go, my son is playing extreme home makeover...
Kadu Gul, please be careful. Hopefully it is all the excitement of being in Kabul and starting work that has gotten you under the weather. Inshallah you will be up and about in no time. Any means of getting Gatorade or better yet, a bottle of Roohafaza :) I hope you feel better soon.
Sorry to hear that you're sick. Get some rest, listen to some Tarkan. He makes everything better. I've been out of the loop for the past week or so but I'm glad to hear you made it to Afghanistan ok. Any tourists? Do tell. There has to have been one or two. Today on my way home from class, I heard an old school Madonna song and I decided to get it stuck in your head.
Don't go for second best baby, put your love to the test. You know you know you've got to...mwahahahaha.
I started this blog to keep in touch with friends and family while I'm in Afghanistan. I use this blog to vent and explain (to others and myself) why I love Afghanistan so much.
I'm anonymous, so if you know my name - please don't use it. I've been told that only lame people are anonymous and this blog has turned out to be an open secret but it makes me feel better. Perhaps I'll come 'out' when/if I'm independently wealthy and I don't ever have to think about getting a job...
