After all that whining, I thought y'all would like to know that I'm feeling better. I had a terrible 2 weeks but this is the 4th day on my medicine and I'm feeling MUCH better (shukur!).
I still would like someone to bring me some tea though.

What tea do you prefer?
I knew I could count on you, can we have that nice chai with cinnamon that you make?
Glad to hear you're feeling better. Enjoy your tea.
mmmm, yes, cinnamon tea, and maybe some homemade danish wedding cookies? will that do? (can we keep asking each other questions and refrain from making declaratory sentences?)
C: We can. Oh, dangit. I ruined our question pattern, or did I?
Glad to hear you're feeling better!
What a beautiful blog. I miss Kabul now that I'm in Herat, and am still finding my feet here. I'll be back for your elegant writing, your touching observations and your humour.
BTW - I managed 6 months of regular running on a treadmill in Kabul using happy house music, in winter I went for tracks with "sunshine", "summer", or "sun" in the title.
Glad to hear you're feeling better.
Why do you think you can get by with a post only every other day? And, why do you think I can get by with a post from you only once every two days? Inquiring (nosy?) minds want to know, what did you eat for breakfast; was the sun shining today; who did you google; and, of course, will we meet the 2006 deadline for world peace?
PFR & Q: Thanks!
Frida: You're very kind - thank you very much. Herat is a really nice city - I went 3-4 years ago. Btw, may I link to your blog?
C: Oh, woman, I can't take the pressure!! :)
