you're link goes to wikipedia, which is

a. blocked, again (sigh)

or

b. overwhelmed and not loading becuase of connectivity issues post-cable-cutting-earthquake-in-asia (again, sigh)

hard to say which.

please kill the suspense and tell me what you're talking about - "Systems"???

Btw, I caught up on your posts and made my comments. :) lovely way to take a break from my here and now.

It just occured to me that "Systems" means you are planning to change your system of getting things done (reviewing Hijabman's post also brought me to this conclusion.)

LISTEN CAREFULLY: Do not go changing you studying habits. Do what BARBRI TELLS YOU TO DO. If you aren't going to listen to BARBRI, then DO WHAT HAS ALWAYS WORKED FOR YOU.

Don't change your style, now, at the last leg of this race called legal qualification.

you may come up with all sorts of excuses to not follow my advice and adopt a new SYSTEM. TRUST ME, THIS IS ONLY YOUR SUBCONCIOUS MAKING YOU PROCRASTINATE.

Do not procrastinate. it's like, sitting down to write your final paper, then getting up to clean your room because "you'll have a clearer mind without all the clutter."

If you haven't fixed it yet, cleaned it yet, organized it yet, then it's too late. work with what you got and deal with the messy room in March.

Seriously, you passed high school, undergrad, and law school, using the skills you already have. Don't go changing anything - with the exception of BARBRI recommendations.

(feeling slightly guilty about sort-of-scolding you about SYSTEMS - I'm just concerned - no excuse, I know. but the truth. Sorry? you're welcome to delete comments as you see fit.)

C: hee hee, don't worry, I'm following the barbri course faithfully. I meant the new organizational system for work and etc.

don't feel guilty - i appreciate your concern! i'm really sorry for not being able to talk btw, all the days run together these days and didn't realize that your week's vacation was up...

S: link fixed...

I LOVE these GTD ideas! Thanks for providing the link. Hope a new GTD system works for you. I'm going to ponder this today.

Hmm... This sounds like it takes lists and self-motivation. Lists I can do. Motivation is my enemy.

PM: Let me know what you think of them? If you came out with a system, I'd probably follow that instead. :)

O: Lists! Lists are so much fun!!!

Hope that which ever advice or system you decide to follow works for you - my best work gets done under the "now there really is no time left to procrastinate so I better knuckle down and just do it" system...

Uh. I can't believe some jerk is making money off of telling people to make lists. I should tell my mom she could have been a multi-millionaire by now. Here's a freebie from my mom- just DO IT ALREADY.

Sorry... don't mean to be tough but I hate self-help. Good luck, though.

F: See, I'm trying to be past that but that's basically how bar exam study is going...

E: Aaah, you are missing the complexity of the lists...There are lists and then there are LISTS! I'll update on how the 'system' works. I actually love self-help books.

Frida, My brain is addled. I think I wanted to say something about working w/o the stress of procrastination...but I obviously didn't.
